India by the Bay invites Hong Kong to a unique experience - a traditional “Persian Wedding Dinner (Lagan nu Bhonu)” atits gala opening featuring flavours from the fascinating Zoroastrian community that came to India from the Persian Gulf as early as the 8th century CE. Parsi cuisine reflects their roots and the intermingling with India through sharp spices, subtle flavours, nuanced, exquisite and piquant.
Feast against the backdrop of an unfolding tale about the compelling history of the Parsis and their deep-rooted relationship with Hong Kong told by the local historian Jason Wordie. Sip wines specially paired with the dishes on offer.
